Six individual sessions
Six online 60-minute coaching and mentoring sessions: three per person for two participants, or six for one person if agreed at the start. Preparation and action summaries included.
A pathway to practise
One agreed stretch responsibility and one written one-page pathway per participant. The employer provides the work opportunity and manager support.
A review of progress
One 30-minute midpoint sponsor review, one 60-minute closing review and a summary of up to three pages with next 90-day priorities.
Online only. No annual access fee or automatic renewal. The full diagnostic, workshops, onsite travel and app subscriptions are not included. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Scope, dates, confidentiality and service terms are agreed before confirming and paying for the booking.
