Save a plan, record what happened afterwards and identify a useful follow-up. Use the calendar to keep leadership activities and manually recorded coaching sessions in view.
Bring the bigger questions.
Use your reflections to prepare for a Head Forward session. Situations involving repeated conflict, formal processes or complex decisions may need a conversation with a coach or an appropriate specialist.

Before you begin
A few helpful answers.
Does the app replace coaching?
No. It offers a quick starting point and practical activities between sessions. Your coaching remains the place for deeper exploration, individual support and your broader development goals.
How are the responses created?
Personalised responses use AI. They can be incomplete or incorrect, so review the wording and check any important facts before acting. The app supports your judgement; it does not make decisions for you.
What should I share?
Use roles or initials and leave out names, identifying details and sensitive documents. Review the app information and privacy notice (PDF) before entering a situation. Saved plans and activity records currently stay in that browser on that device; they do not automatically sync across devices.
Can I buy a subscription now?
Businesses can buy an annual team membership (see the pricing above). For individual access, enquire and we will explain the current options. Sending an enquiry does not create an account, start a subscription or commit you to payment.
Is this HR or legal advice?
The app provides general coaching guidance, not personalised legal advice or a formal HR assessment. Relevant official resources may be suggested, including Fair Work and workplace safety authorities. For a formal employment process, safety concern or legal decision, obtain appropriate professional advice.
