Your participation
Before an interview, Head Forward will explain the purpose, how information will be used and whether participation is voluntary. You may decline to answer a question or pause the conversation.
Confidentiality
Your individual comments will not ordinarily be attributed to you in client reports. Findings are presented as themes, patterns or aggregated observations. Absolute anonymity cannot be guaranteed in a small team or where an experience is uniquely identifiable, and this limitation will be explained before participation.
Important exceptions
Confidentiality may need to be limited where information indicates an immediate risk of serious harm, suspected unlawful conduct, a legal reporting duty or another matter that cannot responsibly remain confidential. Wherever lawful and safe, we will discuss the next step with you first.
Notes and recordings
Interviews are not recorded unless you give express consent. Working notes are kept securely and access is restricted. Unless a different period is agreed or required by law, raw identifiable interview notes will be deleted or de-identified within 90 days after final delivery.
What the client receives
The engaging organisation receives findings, themes, risks and recommendations. It does not receive raw interview notes as a standard deliverable.
Your choices and questions
You may ask how your information is being handled or raise a concern by emailing headforwardlp@outlook.com.au. The full Privacy Policy also applies.
Important: These arrangements are interim and will be confirmed in the participant notice and consent process for each engagement following legal review.
