Diagnose
Leadership Health Check with the sponsor, participant baseline and Session 1.
Services · For organisations
Five weeks to find the leaders you already have and start developing them. For 6–8 emerging leaders in one business unit.
Why it matters
Critical roles with no ready successor. Managers carrying performance instead of building capability. Talented women without visible pathways, sponsorship or stretch. Different leadership standards across the same business.
The LEAD Program turns assumption into evidence, and evidence into practice. Your sponsor sees where leadership is strong and where it is exposed, and each participant leaves with a plan they own.
How it works
Leadership Health Check with the sponsor, participant baseline and Session 1.
Session 2: expectations and feedback at work.
Session 3: decisions and accountability.
Session 4: stretch work and fair opportunity.
Session 5, individual 90-day plans and the executive readout.
Each week includes one 2-hour applied session, online or in person as agreed.
What’s included
A three-hour sponsor-led review of the business unit across six areas: leadership expectations, capability and readiness, access to opportunity, succession exposure, follow-through and women’s progression.
Five 2-hour sessions built around how your business actually runs. Participants practise on their real work, with a participant workbook.
Each participant leaves with a 90-day plan, an owner and a review date, signed off by their manager.
The sponsor sees where leadership is strong, exposed and commercially important, with the recommended next step.
The Head Forward coaching app for every participant for six months, at no extra cost, so they can prepare for real conversations between sessions.
We report themes and progress, never private disclosures, and use the evidence you already have.
